Job Description

As a Weekend Float DSP, you’ll provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of residential programs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact.

• Assisting with daily living activities
• SUPPORTING INDEPENDENCE AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
• PROVIDING COMPANIONSHIP AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
• ASSISTING WITH MEALS, MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION, AND PERSONAL CARE
• Maintaining a safe, positive environment
• TRAVELING BETWEEN ASSIGNED PROGRAMS AS NEEDED

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and flexible individuals
• Ability to adapt to different homes and support needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred/required
• Experience in caregiving, DSP, CNA, mental health, or healthcare is helpful — but we will train the right person!
