Weekend Float Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver
Job Description
As a Weekend Float DSP, you’ll provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of residential programs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact.
- Assisting with daily living activities
- S supporting independence and community involvement
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meals, medication administration, and personal care
- Maintaining a safe, positive environment
- Traveling between assigned programs as needed
Qualifications
We’re looking for compassionate, dependable, and flexible individuals who can adapt to different homes and support needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, and a valid driver’s license is preferred/required. Experience in caregiving, DSP, CNA, mental health, or healthcare is helpful, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
