Support seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and caring manner. Promote resident engagement and encourage social interaction for emotional wellness. Accurately administer and document prescribed medications, under RN/LPN supervision. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate medical records. Assist residents during mealtimes, including transporting and feeding as needed. Perform frequent rounds, supervising CNAs, and providing direct care as necessary. Report any health or behavioral changes to the nurse and assist with follow-up care. Requirements for CMT - Certified Medication Technician: Must hold a valid Missouri CMT Certification Strong communication and observation skills Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing preferred Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Our residents and our people are at the center of our universe.
