About the role

Premier Caregiver Services is a locally owned and operated home care agency dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are actively hiring experienced caregivers, personal care assistants (PCAs), companion caregivers, and home care aides throughout Louisville and surrounding areas in Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Meal preparation and nutrition support
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Assistance with walking, transfers, and mobility
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and emotional support
• Engaging clients in conversation and activities
• Monitoring client well-being
• Reporting changes in condition to the Care Manager
• Maintaining accurate care documentation

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
• Strong communication skills
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently
