Weekend Breakfast Attendant

About the role

The Element by Westin Kansas City Overland Park is seeking a Weekend Breakfast Attendant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fresh selection of foods for guests each day, including weekends.
• Feature two specialty hot items daily, such as Zucchini Egg White Scramble and Avocado Toast.
• Offer a variety of morning delights including fruit, cereals, baked pastries, and other items.
• Ensure the breakfast area is clean and stocked throughout the day.
• Assist the chef in refilling and restocking food and beverage items as needed.
• Assist with dishes, wiping down tables, and preparing food for the following day.
• Help bake pastries and prepare coffee in the morning.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a hospitality or food service setting preferred.

Skills

• Attention to detail.

Pay

$15-$18 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Starting at 6am and finishing by 12pm, with shifts varying based on business needs.
