Weekend Breakfast Attendant
About the role
As a Breakfast Attendant at the Hampton Inn & Suites Paducah, you are responsible for the overall success of the Hotel's breakfast service and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. You will be a key person of reference for guests while preparing and serving made-to-order food and beverage products in the hotel breakfast or reception area. This position may require flexible scheduling availability.
Responsibilities
- Cooking and assembling the breakfast service before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter
- Ensuring the breakfast service space remains well-stocked at all times
- Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables
- Receiving beverage orders and directing them to the kitchen, as needed
- Providing information and assistance to all guests and vendors
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each meal service
- Ensuring a wonderful guest experience while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness
Requirements
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Effective in handling workplace problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
