About the Role

Fulton Commons is seeking dedicated Weekend Baylor CNAs to join our team. This unique opportunity allows you to maximize your earnings while providing exceptional care to our residents over the weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Work 2-consecutive weekend doubles (4 shifts in two days) and get paid 1.25x the base rate (the equivalent of a full week’s pay in just 2 days)
• Choose from various double shifts: Day-Evening, Evening-Night, or Night-Day
• You can work every weekend (full-time) OR every other weekend (part-time)
• Pick-up additional shifts during the week to earn even more

CNA Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents as directed by nursing staff
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Pass meal trays, assist with feeding, and report food and fluid intake
• Monitor residents’ health and report any concerns to nursing staff
• Transport residents within the facility
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment for residents

CNA Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Strong teamwork skills and a compassionate approach to resident care

Pay

Base hourly rate: $24.65 per hour
