The Nursing Team at Messiah Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Weekend Baylor Program. This role is ideal for CNAs who prefer a consistent weekend-only schedule while still receiving full-time status. The CNA provides compassionate, hands-on care to residents, supporting their daily living needs including personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and overall comfort. Care is delivered in alignment with individualized care plans and Messiah Lifeways’ commitment to dignity and respect. What You’ll Do Assist residents with meals, nourishment, and feedingSupport mobility needs, including transfers with mechanical or staff assistanceEscort or transport residents to activities, appointments, therapy, and other destinationsObserve and document resident conditions, behaviors, and appetite; report changes to nursing staffUse and maintain equipment and supplies responsibly and cost-effectively Why Work at Messiah Lifeways?
