WEEKEND ADMISSIONS/SUPERVISOR (RN)
What You'll Do
- Welcome new residents and families with professionalism and compassion.
- Complete admission assessments, documentation, and care planning.
- Cookordination with interdisciplinary team members to ensure smooth transactions.
- Provide resident and family education about care, routines, and expectations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy in admission documentation.
- Support the nursing team as needed during the shift.
What We're Looking For
- A current RN license in Illinois (required).
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required - strong mentorship provided.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and assessment skills.
- A caring professional who can balance clinical accuracy with compassion.
