About the role
Supports case managers in managing patient care during weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and provide appropriate care plans.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report significant changes to case managers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current California RN license.
- At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
