Weekend Addiction Support Staff - Part Time

About the role

This position involves providing compassionate support to residents in a residential addiction treatment program for adult men.

Responsibilities

• Supporting, monitoring, and encouraging residents as positive role models
• Assisting with daily activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills
• Maintaining confidential records and completing documentation
• Administering medications and responding to emergencies
• Transporting residents and collecting specimens for testing
• Leading educational groups and supporting residents' treatment goals
• Participating in trainings and staff meetings

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license preferred, with meeting driving requirements
• Completion of DHS training may be required after hire

Schedule

Part-time, 1st Shift, weekends, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
