Weekend Addiction Support Staff - Part Time

About the role

This role involves providing hands-on support to residents in a residential addiction treatment program for adult men, helping them achieve recovery and sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Support and encourage residents as a positive role model
• Assist with daily activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills
• Maintain confidential records and complete documentation
• Administer medications and respond to emergencies
• Transport residents and collect specimens for testing
• Lead educational groups and support treatment goals
• Attend training and staff meetings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferably experience in human services or residential care
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A valid driver’s license is preferred
