Weekend Addiction Support Staff - Part Time

About the role

This role involves providing hands-on support to residents in a residential addiction treatment program for adult men, promoting recovery and sobriety in a safe, structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting, monitoring, and serving as a positive role model for residents
• Assisting with daily activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills
• Maintaining confidential records and completing documentation
• Administering medications and responding to emergencies
• Transporting residents and collecting specimens for testing
• Leading educational groups and supporting treatment goals
• Attending trainings and staff meetings

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license preferred; DHS training can be completed post-hire

Schedule

Part-time, 1st Shift, weekends, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
