About the role
TerraBella Senior Living is seeking an Activities and Events Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and overseeing resident activities, conduct programs that offer various opportunities, and work weekends for planned events.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and oversight of resident activities.
- Conduct programs providing physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual opportunities for residents.
- Work weekends for planned activity events.
Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in assisted living or long-term care with memory care patients preferred.
- Proficient verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to encourage and motivate older adults.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated creative ability.
- Strong organizational, delegation, and consensus-building skills.
