Weekdays OVERNIGHT House Supervision

Lydia's House of Hope is looking for overnight residential staff WEEKDAY EVENINGS from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You would monitor and be available to our residents (women and children) if needed and allowed to sleep overnight Duties include but not limited to: Oversee house activity and interact with residents and their childrenMonitoring, engaging and redirecting residents and activities as neededMonitoring/reporting on curfews for residentsEnlisting proper safety and security measures as instructedMaintain log of daily events/occurrences/concerns Requirements: Responsible adult FEMALE with the confidence and initiative to manage and redirect residents as neededPrevious experience working at a residency programA motivated individual with the ability to handle conflict calmly, directly, and efficientlyMust be organized, and confident, with strong leadership skillsCriminal Background/sex offender check/drug testing. Must passAble to handle emergencies in an appropriate, safe and organized mannerAble to maintain professional boundaries in an intimate setting Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma and secondary school or adult learning preferredMust have valid NH Driver's License and a good driving recordMust have 2 working referencesAlso able to support/uphold the mission, vision, goals and value of Seeds of Faith,Inc and Lydia's House of Hope This is a drug-free, alcohol and tobacco-free facility.
