Overnight Residential Supervisor-Weekends

About the role

The Home for Little Wanderers, Southeast Campus, is seeking a Full-time Residential Supervisor to support youth in developing essential life skills and fostering their emotional and behavioral growth.

Responsibilities

• Support youth in transitioning back to their families by teaching life skills, coping mechanisms, and social skills.
• Participate in group and individual therapy sessions to enhance youth development.
• Engage in recreational and educational activities to promote overall well-being.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services, mental health, or youth development with supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid ID and ability to pass a CORI/background check.
• Ability to work long shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• MAP certification is preferred but not required.
