Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized Salary (Based on Experience | Inclusive of call stipends):
  • 5+ Years: $382,500
  • 2–5 Years: $373,500
  • 0–2 Years: $364,500
• Sign-On Bonus: $40,000-$60,000 (dependent on time of commitment)

Practice Environment

Facility: St. Joseph’s Medical Center (Stockton, CA) – A 355-bed regional hospital and Level III Trauma Center.

Schedule: Every Wednesday – First Call (In-House 24 Hour).

Call Expectations: In-house shifts with post-call days off. Balance: Remaining hours scheduled flexibly to ensure work-life balance.

Practice Model: Full Independent Practice. No medical direction.

Scope

Full scope of practice including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, central lines, and high-acuity cases.

Team

Work alongside 14 physicians, 30+ independent-practice CRNAs, and 24 resident physicians.

Case Mix

~14,300 annual cases including General, Trauma, Cardiac (~800/yr), OB (3,000 births/yr), and Interventional Radiology.

Academic

Work in a supportive teaching environment alongside the Anesthesia Residency program.
