1099 Compensation : $180/hour
Practice Environment
- MyMichigan Medical Center Tawas, Tawas City, MI
- 4 ORs, 1 C-Section OR, 1 MPR
- 47 beds
- 2,500 cases per year
- General, orthopedic, ENT (including peds), ophthalmology, endoscopy, OB/GYN, plastics
- No heads, no hearts. Call is 1:2 (facility runs 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule)
- Typical day: 7 am – 3 pm
- CRNA-only facility (surgeon supervised)
- Total of 26 weeks a year with an ideal schedule of two weeks on, two weeks off
- This 50-bed hospital is in rural northeast Michigan in Tawas City
- This facility is an all-CRNA model allowing the CRNAs to practice independently
- Around 200 deliveries a year
Qualifications
- Active MI license
- Board certification required
- ACLS | PALS | BLS
