• Annual base compensation $301,600
• Commencement Bonus $30,000 for 2-year commitment
• 6 weeks paid time off | 46 weeks of service

Practice Environment

• Multi-Specialty Outpatient Surgery Center
• 4 ORs, 2-3 Endo Rooms
• Same Day Surgery
• Case mix: GI/Endo- 4,800 cases annually, Surgical- 4,600 cases annually including General, Ortho, Uro, Plastics, etc.
• Shift types: 8-hour shifts

Qualifications

• Active MI license
• NBCRNA Certification
• ALS/BLS Certifications
