Wedding Planner Texas

Join our team as a Wedding Planner at Walters Weddings! In this role, you’ll coordinate, organize, and guide clients through every step of their wedding journey—from initial booking to grand exit—crafting a seamless, 5-star experience that ensures flawless execution of each event. This position operates under the direct supervision of the District Planning Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build strong connections with clients by understanding their desires and transforming their wedding dreams into reality at extraordinary venues.
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours to provide quick and efficient service.
• Collaborate with internal vendors to enhance the bridal experience, leveraging your knowledge of our product offerings.
• Stay informed about our products to impress clients and become their trusted resource for all things wedding-related.
• Organize planning meetings, collect event details, and adhere to the sales process to ensure a structured approach.
• Complete CRM tasks promptly for diligent client account management, including handling payments and invoices.
• Lead wedding rehearsals to prepare clients for their big day.
• Act as the primary Wedding Planner on event days, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision and providing a 5-star experience.
• Attend weekly team meetings and efficiently schedule tasks to stay organized and aligned with team goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning or wedding planning is required.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and walk/stand for 8-10 hours.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Drive.
• Must pass a background check, hold a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify.

Pay

• Base salary + uncapped commission with earning potential of $60,000–$70,000 annually.
• Unlimited commission potential for upgrading clients on in-house services.

Schedule

Full-time: must be available to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
