What You'll Do
- Guide couples through every stage of the planning process
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional communication
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, sales, and venue teams
- Partner with vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Anticipate challenges and confidently solve problems
- Manage multiple events while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Deliver hospitality that exceeds expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other business software
- Available to work weekends and flexible schedules based on events
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Strongly Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish, Wedding planning, hospitality, catering, hotel, restaurant, or event experience, Food Handler Card, Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
