About the role
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is the connective tissue across the team — owning schedules, driving deliverables to completion, and making sure the right work is approved by the right people at the right time. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable being hands-on in a lean, fast-moving environment. It's an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on bringing order to ambiguity, enjoys keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and is passionate about entertainment, fandom, and culture.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain project schedules across marketing, creative, and partner workstreams — tracking milestones, dependencies, and deadlines, and flagging risks before they become problems.
- Route creative and marketing assets through review and approval — coordinating feedback across internal stakeholders and Marvel/Disney partners, and tracking versions and sign-offs.
- Drive deliverables to completion, holding internal teams, agencies, and partners accountable to timelines and keeping every workstream moving.
- Run the operating rhythm of the team — organizing meetings, capturing action items, and following up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Serve as the central point of coordination across the team, staying on top of who owes what and proactively unblocking work as launch priorities shift.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within entertainment, media, or a marketing/creative environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills, with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive accountability and influence teams without direct authority.
- Experience coordinating asset review and approval processes across internal teams and external partners.
- Comfort with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar).
- Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a dynamic work environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is a plus.
Pay
$90,000 - $120,000 annually (USD).
