Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial concept through final completion, encompassing brand new builds and renovations ranging from $10K to $200K.
• Develop comprehensive quotes and estimates, and proactively follow up to secure new project work.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, scope, and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain project alignment and accountability.
• Drive project tracking and budget management to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience managing welding and fabrication projects, ideally within the truck or trailer industry.
• BS Degree in Engineering is preferred.
