About the role
We are looking for a Website Marketing Strategist to own and evolve the Uber for Business website into a best-in-class, global growth engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, and you will be responsible for defining how millions of businesses —from SMBs to global enterprises— and business riders experience Uber for Business for the first time.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Web Strategy & Evolution: Continually optimize and evolve the Uber for Business website to reflect our brand story, treating it as a dynamic, experiment-driven product that guides businesses at all stages of the decision-making cycle.
- Optimize the Customer Journey: Continuously improve the end-to-end digital web journey from first touch through dashboard sign-up and product activation.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with the technical web and engineering teams to drive information architecture, identify infrastructure gaps, and ensure robust website functionality.
- Organic & Search Presence: Support SEO/AEO/GEO strategy, ensuring Uber for Business shows up prominently where businesses are actively looking for solutions.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Lead brainstorm and prioritization exercises to define business requirements and manage a short-, mid-, and long-term roadmap for our global web footprint.
- Campaign Integration: Collaborate across Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure web experiences perfectly align with product launches, incorporate strong value propositions, and support paid acquisition campaigns.
- Data & Analytics: Establish clear measurement frameworks and global reporting to monitor growth metrics, analyze performance data, and turn insights into actionable web optimizations.
Basic Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in B2B marketing with a proven track record in web/digital marketing, ideally in global, multi-market web strategy.
- Strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and treating the website as a scalable conversion engine.
- Bachelor's degree

- An extremely proactive, self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skills and a genuine excitement for turning data into business growth.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and put together global web recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude.
- Proven experience working with modern marketing technology stack (personalization tools, A/B testing platforms, CMS systems, and AI-driven web solutions), managing information architecture, and executing modern SEO/AEO/GEO practices.
- Experience designing, prioritizing, and executing a comprehensive 6–12 month strategic roadmap that aligns with overarching business goals.
- Comfortable managing and aligning a diverse group of cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Sales, and Regional Marketing) toward shared web objectives.
Pay
- New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $132,000 per year - USD $147,000 per year.
- San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $132,000 per year - USD $147,000 per year.
