About the Role

We are actively looking for a passionate, experienced Creative Strategist to help build the foundation of the Creative Studio team within Uber Advertising.

What You’ll Do

- Create strategic, big picture partnership opportunities to present to key accounts and agency partners - Lead with insights - to highlight actionable data in our proposals - Liaise with internal teams to develop proactive packages tailored to seasons, tentpole events, verticals, and audiences - Present concepts to clients (and internal teams) with poise and offering strategic solutions - Build case studies, best practices and champion advertiser success across the Uber platform

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional work experience in Creative Strategy, Advertising, AdTech, Marketing, Technology or similar - Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

- Passionate about building foundations and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done - Flexible, resilient, problem solver who is excited about forging new paths within partnership teams. - Be able to work cross functionally with many other roles and stakeholders in the company - Exceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners - Deep understanding of and enthusiasm for creativity, technology, and advertising - Entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for learning

Pay

The base salary range for this role is USD $132,000 per year - USD $147,000 per year.

Benefits

You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
