Ads Creative Strategist

About the role

We are Enclave BioActives, creators of Emma Relief, a leading gut health brand in the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) space. Our success is built on a strong foundation: a robust DTC health & wellness business, a substantial customer base, numerous positive reviews, and a highly effective performance marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop compelling ad concepts that drive results.
• Analyze winning ads to understand what makes them successful and apply those insights to future campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment on creative strategies.
• Work within an agile environment where ideas can be tested and scaled rapidly.

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating and executing successful ads for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Experience working with high-profile DTC brands, particularly in health, wellness, supplements, or nutraceuticals.
• Ability to work with large budgets and generate significant returns on investment.
• Experience in various direct-response formats such as UGC, statics, founder ads, testimonials, advertorial-style concepts, and long-form creative.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Passion for innovation and a deep curiosity about consumer behavior.
