About the Role
Love Life Now Foundation (LLN) is seeking a Website Backend Systems & CRM Engineer Volunteer to manage backend technical systems and CRM that keep LLN's operations reliable and secure. The volunteer will work collaboratively with the LLN President and Marketing to understand LLN's DV awareness initiatives and help ensure the website effectively supports organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing improvements of the LLN website on Wix platform in user experience and accessibility
- WIX SEO settings
- CRM database management
- Update HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed for site enhancements
- WIX payment system support
- Back-end automation and integration
Requirements and Skills
- Graphic design skills
- Experience with CRM management a must and experience with Bloomerang platform (a plus)
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Ability to configure Wix SEO settings
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Time Commitment and Next Steps
This will roughly be about 10 hours per week. Meetings with LLN leadership will happen via Zoom once per week for 1 hour.
