The Marketing Associate - Webinars is responsible for the end-to-end creation and execution of webinar production for Filevine’s multiple webinar initiatives, including thought leadership, public product demonstrations, partnership webinars, paid webinars, and CLE educational webinars. This position requires a collaborator who can also get into the technical weeds of a webinar campaign. This role is the quarterback of the entire webinar program at Filevine, owning and managing the webinar calendar, registration pages, communications, and technical production from start to finish. You will also be an integral part of the marketing content process, ensuring webinar content is planned, coordinated, and executed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain cross-collaborative processes between Marketing, Product Marketing, and appropriate teams/stakeholders for all webinar campaign kick-offs
• Set, measure, and consistently meet performance goals for each scheduled webinar
• Ensure webinar strategy is delivered with the appropriate speakers, support, and content
• Assist in developing webinar topics and content outlines
• Coordinate and continuously maintain end-to-end webinar logistics including scheduling, registration setup, and technical testing
• Support creation of webinar promotional materials including emails, landing pages, and social media content
• Manage webinar platform setup and ensure smooth technical execution
• Track all pertinent webinar metrics and provide analysis for ongoing improvement
• Follow up with webinar attendees and no-shows with relevant content and resources
• Create post-webinar summaries and analytics reports and ensure all pertinent internal stakeholders have assets and information to drive performance goals
• Maintain webinar calendar and coordinate with speakers/presenters
• Upload and tag new content in all appropriate channels including internal tools and public-facing systems

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical role or position focused on organizational or communication skills
• Experience with webinar software
• Experience with project management
• Comfortable working with executive leaders
• Experience with marketing automation tools (a plus)
