Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation
- Supporting the Project Manager and Project Superintendent in goal setting, planning, communicating, organizing, implementing, and tracking.
- Field presence: 20%-30% of the time.
What You Will Do
- Acquiring, organizing, reviewing and distributing project submittals & RFIs.
- Creating and maintaining all required Project Logs and takeoffs.
- Communicating with the owner and client representatives.
- Maintaining project budgets and completing required cost reports.
- Scheduling self-perform, subcontractor work and supplier material deliveries.
- Reading and interpreting documents such as project plans and specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Who You Are
- A Profile of Success:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar degree.
- Preferrably with 3 years or more experience.
- Moderate to high level of proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and Primavera 6.
