Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager and Project Superintendent in goal setting, planning, communicating, organizing, implementing, and tracking.
  • Spend 20%-30% of time in the field.
  • Acquire, organize, review, and distribute project submittals and RFIs.
  • Create and maintain all required project logs and takeoffs.
  • Communicate with the owner and client representatives.
  • Maintain project budgets and complete required cost reports.
  • Schedule self-perform work, subcontractor work, and supplier material deliveries.
  • Read and interpret project plans, specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
  • Preferably 3 or more years of experience.
  • Moderate to high proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Primavera 6.
