Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation

  • Supporting the Project Manager and Project Superintendent in goal setting, planning, communication, organization, implementation, and tracking.
  • Field presence: 20%-30% of the time.

What You Will Do

  • Acquiring, organizing, reviewing, and distributing project submittals & RFIs.
  • Creating and maintaining all required Project Logs and takeoffs.
  • Communicating with the owner and client representatives.
  • Maintaining project budgets and completing required cost reports.
  • Scheduling self-perform, subcontractor work, and supplier material deliveries.
  • Reading and interpreting documents such as project plans and specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Who You Are

  • A Profile of Success:
    • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar degree.
    • Preferably with 3 years or more experience.
    • Moderate to high level of proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and Primavera 6.
