About the role

Join Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, as a Field Engineer. This role serves as the liaison between the construction site and the office, providing support to the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent. The Field Engineer focuses on production tracking, operational planning, communicating, organizing, implementing, and tracking project data. You will spend 75%-90% of your time in the field, gaining hands-on experience in construction management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all project staff to ensure work plans are tracked and analyzed to maximize efficiency in field operations.
  • Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed.
  • Analyze and compare budgeted vs. actual production rates and material yield.
  • Assist in ensuring field work is constructed within project standards and specifications.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Moderate to high proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
