About the role

The Field Engineer acts as the liaison between the construction site and the office, providing support to the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent. Responsibilities include production tracking, operational planning, and managing project data. The role requires 75%-90% field time, offering hands-on learning and growth opportunities in construction management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project staff to track and analyze work plans for maximum field efficiency.
  • Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed.
  • Analyze and compare budgeted vs. actual production rates and material yield.
  • Assist in ensuring field work meets project standards and specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Moderate to high proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional required travel.
