About the role

Join Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, as a dynamic Field Engineer. This role is the liaison between the construction site and the office, providing support to the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent. The Field Engineer drives excellence through technical expertise and innovation, focusing on production tracking, operational planning, and project data management. Expect to spend 75%–90% of your time in the field, accelerating your learning and growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all project staff to track and analyze work plans, maximizing efficiency in field operations.
• Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed.
• Analyze and compare budgeted vs. actual production rates and material yields.
• Assist in ensuring field work is constructed within project standards and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Moderate to high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional required travel.
