About the Role

The Field Engineer acts as the liaison between the construction site and the office, providing support to the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent. Responsibilities include production tracking, operational planning, and organizing, implementing, and tracking project data. The role requires 75%-90% field time, offering hands-on learning opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project staff to track and analyze work plans, maximizing field operations efficiency.
  • Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed.
  • Analyze and compare budgeted vs. actual production rates and material yield.
  • Assist in ensuring field work adheres to project standards and specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Moderate to high proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional travel.
