About the role
Provide broad-spectrum user interface and user experience design services across multiple web platforms. Analyze existing web content and usability, gather stakeholder requirements, and produce design plans and wireframes. Develop user interfaces that adhere to established branding standards. Provide training and guidance to developers, site owners, and citizen developers. Support a critical government customer, ensuring project objectives are met. Work in a fully remote, full-time capacity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design and web development.
- Proficiency in UI design for web content management systems, web applications, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience with CSS and frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind.
- Hands-on experience with Drupal, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and a U.S. Government PIV card.
