Web Support Developer/Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with campus partners to plan and modify existing websites.
• Training and documenting for campus partners using technical platforms.
• Front-end website and email development.
• Consulting on technical issues with application developers.
• Performing quality assurance reviews to ensure websites meet compliance standards.
• Managing the web support queue.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Associates degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
• At least 1 year of professional experience in web development and web design
• Fantastic customer service and communication skills
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong organizational and task management skills
• Well-rounded web communications professional with expertise in content strategy, quality design and development, analytics, user experience, branding, etc.
• Ability to work in the United States, now or in the future, without visa sponsorship
• Self-motivated, self-starter, team player, desire to learn, grow, and develop, multitasker, passionate about delivering great customer experiences
