Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining client success/happiness
- Implement client solutions i.e. multi-platform, omnichannel, ecommerce/POS, LMS
- Perform monthly maintenance
- Run performance reports/audits
- Handle bug fixes/troubleshooting (and be on-call for emergencies)
- ADA compliance remediation
- Support the Director of Maintenance, Hosting and Ops
- Support website launches
- Evaluate bug fix cost estimates
- Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in server-side maintenance
- Strong understanding of server maintenance
- Strong knowledge of the WordPress CMS and hosting requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field is preferred
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in server-side maintenance
- Strong understanding of server maintenance
- Strong knowledge of the WordPress CMS and hosting requirements
