About the role
This role is a strategy + analytics hybrid focused on improving end-to-end web performance across key digital touchpoints including search, service line pages, provider profiles, campaign landing pages, and booking journeys.
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing, web operations, service lines, and analytics teams to improve digital experience
- Translate briefs into clear, actionable web and digital strategies
- Analyze dashboards and performance data to inform decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, UX, and engagement
- Support service line redesign and smaller-scale web initiatives in the first 3–6 months
- Help shape digital presence and brand reputation across web channels
- Collaborate closely with analytics teams to drive continuous optimization
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in web strategy, digital strategy, or agency-style consulting
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and digital analytics
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments
- Strong problem solver with excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Able to influence stakeholders and communicate insights clearly
Qualifications
Earlier-career candidate with strong growth potential
