Web Production Specialist

About the Role

We're seeking a Web Production Specialist to support the development, publishing, and maintenance of digital marketing assets across websites, email campaigns, and display advertising. This role partners closely with creative, marketing, regulatory, and technology teams to deliver responsive, high-quality digital experiences in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate combines strong web production experience with solid front-end coding skills and expertise working within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

12-month contract, Hybrid, Mettawa, IL

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Media, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience supporting websites, email campaigns, or other HTML-based digital projects
• Experience authoring and publishing content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience converting Figma or Adobe Creative Suite designs into responsive web assets
• Experience building responsive HTML emails
• Familiarity with front-end development best practices and responsive design principles
• Experience creating or supporting HTML5 banner ads
• Exposure to server-side technologies such as .NET is preferred
• Experience with Veeva Email and CRM is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Author, update, and publish website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Build and maintain responsive websites based on approved designs and functional requirements
• Convert creative concepts and Figma designs into production-ready digital assets
• Develop and support interactive web elements, animations, and site functionality
• Create and maintain responsive HTML email campaigns
• Develop HTML5 banner advertisements using tools such as Google Web Designer and DoubleClick Studio
• Ensure digital assets meet quality, accessibility, and brand standards
• Partner with creative, marketing, regulatory, and technology teams throughout project lifecycles
• Prepare project documentation and support review and approval processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end production issues as needed
• Stay current on digital production tools, technologies, and best practices
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in web production processes and workflows

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
