Web Integration Consultant, finance, HR, workday

Our client in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a skilled Web Integration Consultant for a full-time, direct-hire role. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 1 day of remote work and 4 days onsite at their modern Fort Worth offices.

About the role

As a Web Integration Consultant, you will play a key role in configuring and managing Workday integrations while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. You will report to the CIO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful integration projects for both Workday HR/HCM and Workday Finance/FINS modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations
• Develop and manage integrations using Workday Studio, Workday's web services (REST/SOAP), and other integration tools
• Ensure seamless data flow between Workday and various third-party systems (financial systems, payroll vendors, benefits providers, etc.)
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and HR/Finance teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions
• Provide support and troubleshooting for end users regarding Workday integration issues
• Maintain detailed documentation for all integrations and security configurations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Workday data integration projects using web services, with focus on Workday HCM and/or FINS modules
• 4-5+ years of Workday integration experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP)
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end integration processes from design to deployment
• Experience with financial systems integration (financial services, investments, securities, hedge funds, or loan environments preferred)
• Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Analytics
• Knowledge of data privacy standards (GDPR, SOC 2) and Workday security protocols
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex integration problems
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and explaining technical concepts
