Interns gain hands-on experience under professional mentors, serving as an on-ramp to a technology career with potential for full-time employment based on business needs and performance.

About the Role

This Web & Graphic Design Internship offers hands-on experience creating engaging digital experiences for Serve2Perform’s programs, clients, and initiatives. You’ll design webpages, participant resources, presentations, digital assets, and visual content while contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions. Working alongside mentors, you’ll gain exposure to business functions and help improve user interactions with digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and build webpages, digital resources, and participant portals using the Wix platform
• Create intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences to improve participant engagement
• Develop presentations, one-pagers, white papers, and branded marketing materials
• Collaborate with leadership to translate ideas into engaging digital experiences and visual content
• Bring fresh ideas and design thinking to enhance Serve2Perform’s online presence
• Assist with graphic design projects supporting leadership development programs, AI initiatives, and client engagement
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions to new business initiatives
• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, content development, and creative workflows
• Support website updates, digital content organization, and ongoing platform improvements
• Support management of the S2P Community App

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design or visual communication
• Familiarity with Wix or another website builder
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and website navigation
• Experience creating digital content using Canva or similar tools
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Notion or similar project management tools
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support creativity, research, and productivity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently and collaboratively
• Passion for learning, innovation, and exploring new ideas

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

40 hours per week.
