About the role

As a Frontend Web Developer specializing in Webflow, you will have the opportunity to shape the digital experience of our marketing website, enabling seamless interaction for our prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and enhance the Leapsome marketing website, ensuring a visually stunning and user-friendly experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to implement UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web elements.
  • Implement responsive design principles to optimize the marketing website’s performance across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Write clean, efficient, and consistent use of classes across our Webflow environment.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and compliance with web standards to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency, focusing on minimizing page load times and enhancing overall responsiveness.
  • Implement and monitor conversion rate optimization experiments.
  • Set up and maintain all integrations and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and direct integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing of the website to identify and resolve any bugs, usability issues, or performance bottlenecks.

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in frontend web development, with a strong proficiency in Webflow.
  • A strong understanding of site speed optimization and technical SEO best practices.
  • An analytical mindset and hands-on experience with web analytics tools, including GA4, Search Console, and Hotjar.
  • Experience with responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in the B2B SaaS industry or working with HR/people management software is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred but not critical.

Pay and Schedule

  • Expected Compensation: $110,000 to $160,000 + Bonus + VSOP
