About the role

The Sr. Webflow Designer + Developer will play a crucial role in designing and developing engaging and structured digital experiences for our clients. They will leverage Webflow, JavaScript, CSS, GSAP, and other custom code to create innovative and user-friendly websites.

Responsibilities

  • Build exceptional website experiences that are both engaging and structurally sound.
  • Create and manage creative assets, ensuring they align with the brand and project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
  • Push for continuous improvement in design and development practices.
  • Work on a variety of projects, including financial institutions’ trade show games, web-based apps for education startups, and interactive maps for healthcare strategists.
  • Develop and maintain websites for mid-sized technology businesses that have recently rebranded.
  • Contribute to projects such as Talent Attraction (BetterinBTR.com), tearing down the paper ceiling (tearthepaperceiling.org), and providing educational opportunities for children in Louisiana (NSLA).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Webflow, JavaScript, CSS, GSAP, and other custom code.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing skills in creating highly interactive and visually appealing websites.
  • Familiarity with the Lumos Framework and structured file management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • An analytical approach to design, with a passion for using data to inform decisions and improve user interactions.
  • Solution-oriented problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to HQ or client meetings when necessary.

Pay

$X per hour or $Y per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time, 8:30-5:30 CT, with occasional travel as needed.
