As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Senior Webflow Developer with proven enterprise experience to join our team. Advanced knowledge of the Lumos framework is a bonus.

About the role

This role requires deep expertise in Enterprise-level Webflow builds, CMS structuring, and Lumos framework best practices. Note: We build exclusively on Webflow. No other CMS, no ecommerce.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the development of complex Webflow projects from concept to launch.
• Implement the Lumos framework to build scalable, maintainable, and modular Webflow sites.
• Arcitect CMS collections, dynamic content, and workflows for large-scale projects.
• Ensure sites meet enterprise-grade requirements for accessibility, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with design and strategy teams to translate creative concepts into robust Webflow solutions.
• Optimize for technical SEO, site speed, and cross-browser responsiveness.
• Contribute to internal standards, best practices, and team-wide development guidelines.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers, providing code reviews and technical leadership.
