About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team at GrabJobs. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our main marketing website, ensuring it effectively showcases our campaigns, features, and the innovative work we do. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Content, SEO, and Marketing, to deliver a modern, scalable, and high-performance web presence. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in designing and building complex, client-side web applications from conception to deployment.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, CSS frameworks, and component libraries.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions, automations, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong understanding of web platform scalability, performance optimization, technical SEO, headless CMS, and frontend architecture.
• Ability to set a clear technical vision, contribute to team roadmaps, and make independent, sound technical decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and ship features efficiently.
• Experience in rapid software delivery focused on customer value, iteration, and quality assurance.
• Excellent mentoring skills, with a willingness to review code constructively and support junior developers.
• Bonus points for experience with Contentful CMS and familiarity with marketing technologies such as Marketo, chatbots, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver web projects that align with product requirements, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Led the technical design, development, and implementation of new features, platform improvements, and large-scale migrations for the marketing website.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, from scoping and planning to deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Make informed technical decisions, document architectural designs, and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Write high-quality, durable code that emphasizes reliability, performance, and security.
