Web Conversion Print Operator

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates the #7 Printline and the 335 Printline.
• Processes treated aluminum foil.
• Prints, sheets, and applies adhesive to Nomex, Korex, and glass pre-preg.
• Obtains raw materials pertinent to #7 Printline or 335 Printline operation from respective areas.
• Maintains print line operation to ensure adhesive is applied consistently.
• Records SPC data during the process.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in manufacturing, preferably in similar roles.
• Previous Hexcel experience preferred.
• Proficient in use of tape measure and ruler.
• Basic computer data entry skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Ability to perform calculations and understand standard graphs.
• Ability to follow instructions and solve problems.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee status.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job.

Benefits

• Shift differential of $1.75 per hour.
• Grave shift schedule (11:00PM to 7:00AM, Monday – Friday).

Pay

• Start rate: $29.55 per hour during the New Hire Orientation Period (90 calendar days).
• After orientation period: $32.21 per hour.

Schedule

• Grave shift (11:00PM to 7:00AM, Monday – Friday).
• Overtime as required.
