Web Content Administrator

Responsibilities

This position assists with the management of web environment design, deployment, development and maintenance activities; perform testing and quality assurance of web sites and web applications. focuses on digital content development and management, look and feel, and the user experience; works closely with staff and management throughout the organization to ensure that project teams' web-based communications goals are clearly defined and met.

Qualifications

• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years experience in web content management with progressively responsible web project management experience
• Specifically looking for Liferay experience required from Healthcare Background
• Bridge between product and development teams while maintaining quality and content management
• Doing customer facing CMS Administration and Governance
• Content Audits and Content Strategy
• Strong Google and Web Analytics experience
• Web Masters or Web Content Administrator with strong Content Management experience required
• Site Search, Taxonomy and user search
• Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects while keeping content owners informed of the progress of their general web edits and aware of any potential problems.
• ExpertAbility to think globally and understand how content edits on one area of any particular web property may impact other areas of and/or related websites.
• ExpertAbility to communicate challenges in a non-technical manner to internal content/business owners is important.
• ExpertProficiency with web content management systems (TeamSite, SharePoint, etc.).
• ExpertProficiency with web usability methodology and standards.
• ExpertExpertise with web development software and coding (i.e. Dreamweaver, Adobe Professional, HTML, CSS, etc.).
• AdvancedExperience with managing digital media, including web-based video, audio files.
• AdvancedExperience in Healthcare Claims Industry is a huge plus
