How to apply

Responsibilities
- Own GA4 + GTM implementations for jtwllc.com and assigned client properties — including server-side GTM where it makes sense.
- Design and ship a measurement plan: page taxonomy, event taxonomy, attribution model, and definitions of done.
- Maintain GA4 BigQuery exports and write production-quality SQL for ad-hoc analysis and dashboards.
- Build dashboards in Looker Studio (or Tableau) that the rest of the company actually reads.
- Run regular reviews on landing-page performance, careers funnel, content engagement, and SEM efficiency.
- Support A/B testing — experiment design, sample-size calculation, instrumentation, post-test writeup.
- Document, audit, and harden Consent Mode v2 and privacy behavior in line with the cookie program.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a Web Analyst, Digital Analyst, or Marketing Analyst role.
- Strong GA4 and GTM (tag, trigger, dataLayer); able to debug a broken event end-to-end.
- Fluent SQL — comfortable writing your own pulls against the GA4 BigQuery export.
- Hands-on with Google Consent Mode v2 and server-side tagging concepts.
- A communicator — your reports get read and your recommendations get acted on.
- Comfort with modern privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, the state-by-state US patchwork).
- US-based and authorized to work in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience instrumenting React / SPA applications cleanly (history events, virtual page_view).
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Statsig, GrowthBook) or in-house A/B frameworks.
- Background working with creative or retail teams — the work is rarely only dashboards.
- Working knowledge of server-side GTM hosting (Cloud Run, Cloudflare Workers) and CDP basics (Segment, RudderStack).
Benefits
- Pro-rated paid time off, sick leave, and US federal holidays
- Provided equipment (MacBook + monitor) plus a $750 one-time home-office setup stipend
- Monthly $80 internet and home-office stipend
- Annual professional development budget of $2,000 (conferences, courses, books)
- 401(k) plan with company contribution, available to part-time staff after 90 days
- Optional QSEHRA health, dental, and vision stipend for part-time staff
- Two paid trips per year to the Portland studio (travel + lodging covered)
- Flexible scheduling — choose your working window inside US business hours
