About the role

Responsible for providing weapons-based training to military personnel in support of CENSECFOR Detachment Chesapeake, VA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live-fire exercises and tactical training sessions
• Develop and deliver training programs tailored to individual skill levels
• Evaluate trainees' progress and provide feedback
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current weapons systems and tactics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Military Science or related field
• Active U.S. Armed Forces service
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in weapons training
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in firearms and tactical operations
